GameLAN 0.9.6 Updated

The 0.9.6 version of the GameLAN has been updated: please uninstall the previous one and then install the new one. This version doesn't modify the PATH variable on windows os anymore and add a management of tray message and sound notification during chat.
This version is available for WIN32 and for Linux platforms. You can download the GameLAN from here.
The next release will include the SDK.
